構造:
本機系如下圖所示，將裝有內藏震動構的圓筒型底座(1如圖示) 上，裝上有篩網(2)的基層框(6)的側面裝有超過所定尺寸而無法過篩之物的排出口(7)。基層框、上層框、與篩網都以夾具(8)來夾住固定之，基層框裝有立式的特殊振動電動動(9)，而電動機軸的上下，各裝有頂部平衡板(10)與底部平衡板(11)，再以軸端的領環來固定位置。

Vibro Separators Filter

STRUCTURE:
The diagram above indicates the basic construction of this separator-filter. It consists of a heavy round base (1)with a filter screen (2)and base pan (3) which rests on supporting springs(4) The base pan has an outlet (5) for particles larger than the specified screen size, while the upper tray (6) has an outlet on the other side (7) for particles smaller than the screen size. The base holder, upper holder and serene are all held in place by the adjustable collar (8) A special vibrating motor (9) is located inside the base pan. Balance arms(10,11) on the top and bottom of the motor help to stabilize it through the action of rotating weights.
